Ghost Ship Clive Cussler & Graham Brown read online review & book description:

When NUMA team leader Kurt Austin finds his own memories of a dangerous mission aren't to be trusted, he must follow a trail of mysterious disppearances to the truth in this novel in the #1 New York Times-bestselling series.
After a narrow escape during a perilous rescue operation to save the passengers and crew from a sinking yacht, Marine adventurer Kurt Austin awakens with fragmented and conflicting memories. Did he see an old friend and her children drown, or was the yacht abandoned when he came aboard? For reasons he cannot explain, Kurt doesn’t trust either version of his recollection.

Determined to know the fate of his friend, he begins to search for answers, and soon finds himself descending into a shadowy world of state-sponsored cybercrime, and uncovering a pattern of vanishing scientists, suspicious accidents, and a web of human trafficking. With the help of fellow NUMA operative Joe Zavala, he takes on the sinister organization at the heart of this web, facing off with them in locations ranging from Monaco to North Korea to the rugged coasts of Madagascar. But where he will ultimately end up even he could not begin to guess.

Something that takes more than an hour to read would be nice. Other than that; it was quite mediocre!

Great Cussler book; easy read, wonderful characters & current story line. Loved it along with the 20 others I've read over the past 3 decades!

Just finished reading Ghost Ship. Took me a day and a half, just could not put it down. Really good book, would make one hell of a movie. Anyone liking action and adventure will enjoy this read. Hats off to Clive.

Clive is a great writer but as I wrote to his publicist several books ago, his knowledge of some things underwater is truly lacking at times! As I wrote to him before you cannot use an acetylene torch under water more than thirty-three feet down as the acetylene gas becomes a liquid again. Those of us that have actually worked under water use hydrogen as a combustion gas along with oxygen as a accelerator and an air envelope to contain the flame is....hence a three "gas" torch. Burn bars are even more common. So like I offered need someone with some real knowledge of under water "welding" to edit your work so you don't continue to look amateurish in your tales! Google luck!
