  • Astonishingly quick read

The B Team, or part of it, is back again with a new assignment to complete a tricky negotiation with the Bula. Ambassador Abume is just starting when..... Oh, you don't really expect to get the whole story in this short 30 minute read do you? One wouldn't expect to get an e-book for a dollar but still this is the third "book" in this series and the second "book" that reads like a short chapter. I like the author, have all of his previous work, and had high hopes for this new approach. However, at this rate a full $8 paperback "story" will take a year and $52. I suggest you go find something else to read and wait for the publisher to put it together into a real book. I'm very disappointed that it doesn't give me at least a few hours of enjoyment.

Scalzi puts characters we met in the first episode of this series into a difficult position and we get to watch them SQUIRM! Devilish fun that hints at more of the same to come.
