    Where I come from, there are a lot of self acclaimed fitness experts and gurus who give crappy information about dieting and bone breaking exercises... so much wrong information is all over the world especially amongst fitness magazines and YouTube channels. I love this book not only because the writer spoke the truth but also because every statement was backed up by scientific research!

    This was probably one of the most helpful resources of getting on the right track for dieting and training. I was doing it all wrong!!! For 6 years of my life!!!
