    My neighbour left this at my house in the book form for months I finally picked it up and read a little bit each day Every chapter made me think Some of it was hard to follow but I read it and the results are in One month later with out any effort or pain I went from 215 lbs to 185 lbs I eat a ton of food and look forward to every meal with anticipation. Highly recommend that you take 30 days and follow the plan. "You only get one body"

    Without a doubt this is THE book to read on food, diet, nutrition, etc. The book has science behind it, while being targeted to your everyday person who doesn't have a degree in nutritional science. The authors make great analogies to help explain their rational behind their food choices and Good Food Standards, and if that wasn't enough, there are great recipes included as well. Not to mention their great online resources at whole9life
