    I read the the whole book one week ago and followed everything word for word in one week I lost 5lbs of pure body fat and feel so energized through out the day that i make it a priority to workout first thing in the morning you will feel like you never felt before

    I've lost 95 lbs before I ever picked up this book. There are several things we should all know about our bodies, our food and life in general that are laid out in this book to help us with our day to day life. Just read it. It is an easy read that will improve your quality of life. My motto through my whole weight loss process is "Stop making excuses and start making moves." Just do it. Be easy on yourself at first and you can lead a happier healthier life.

    The first 46 pages are bla-bla-bla, 'round the carroussel of thanks to others, etc, jibber-jabber! Okay, the book is free, but gee, 46 pages! When will non-fiction writers be like good fiction writers-Bam! Go for it! And, yes, thank you for your effort. JL, PR
