    This book helped me analyze my thought patterns and showed me how to watch them. This helped me get out of my own head and back to being in the present moment. For the first time in a long time I was able to find peace and joy in being in the moment. This book is highly reccomended especially in times like this.

Interestingly, the book does not equate love to the power as love is already ingrained in the presence. A new perspective shifting focus to the mind as the most intriguing manifestation of ego that the avid reader now has a chance to gain more control of in the future. Thank you, Eckhard.
