Eighth Grade Bites #1 Heather Brewer read online review & book description:

Vlad has to keep his vampire urges under control while dealing with the pressures of middle school.
Thirteen-year-old Vladimir Tod really hates junior high. Bullies harass him, the principal is dogging him, and the girl he likes prefers his best friend. Oh, and Vlad has a secret: His mother was human, but his father was a vampire. With no idea of the extent of his powers, Vlad struggles daily with his blood cravings and his enlarged fangs. When a substitute teacher begins to question him a little too closely, Vlad worries that his cover is about to be blown. But then he faces a much bigger problem: He’s being hunted by a vampire killer.

This book is a breath taking piece of literature especially for young readers who are interested in the paranormal life though this book may go deeply into a teenager's troubles while reaching a breaking point of understanding everybody's point of view this book has really brought new perspectives In basically everything people have ever been told and certainly Heather Brewer has definitely brought imagination to my eyes so thank you Heather Brewer

This is absolutely the best vampire book series out there. I read this series in middle school and enjoyed every bit of it. I actually felt like I was in the story. I suggest this series to any teen/young adult who loves a good vampire story. And the romantic scenes are soo touching. And the action scenes are very well put together. Please do read this book. And if you enjoy it, tell a friend about it. Welp that's all I gotta say. I give this book a million thumbs up πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘

I highly recommend this book. The characters act like real people, and Vlad is no Twilight vampire. I personally loved the humor in this book - it is very sarcastic and smart, which actually made me chuckle to myself, while most "comedy" books can't get a smile out of me. It is overall a great book for anyone loving for a good vampire story.

This is the second time I've read this great book(& series). It has been awhile since my first reading that I thought I'd read it again. It doesn't take long to read this book. Just a few hours. I think this is so b/c you don't want to put the book down. I wish the series wasn't finished. I know there is a Slayer Series out there now, but it's just not Vlad Tod! I miss him & the things he does! I only hope that someday a movie will be made & this series becomes the next Harry Potter, it's just that good!
