    I am a very active person and I work out 4-6 times per week. For a year I had kept the weight off, but I still needed to lose 15 lbs. I bought this book two weeks ago and the eating plan of 5+2 is working wonders! Great nutrition plan for the long-run!

Jackie totally transformed my life with her book&workout programs.Absolutely reccomend it!Easy to read&understand,great meal plans,exercise pics and overall-excellent!!!

    This book is fantastic! Jackie gives you a step-by-step guide on how to eat, what to eat, and even gives you recipes and a 31-day meal plan. She also gives you workout plans with pictures to show you how to perform each move. I am faithful about my workouts. I run, cycle, and do strength training 3-5 times a week. I also have a healthy diet, overall. I have still been about 20 lbs over my ideal weight. With this plan, the pounds seem to melt off! I highly recommend that anyone who is serious about getting, and staying healthy, thin, and fit should read this book.

    No nonsense quick read that is common sense. What other diets and meal plans don't tell you and cost you tons of money. I am definitely onboard and in tune to my fat and food issues (aka sugar addiction) now! Thank you Jackie!

    Ok...I'm not knocking the book it was ok although it was over priced it should have been $9.99 That being said the beginning of the book was great where she talks about sugar making you fat and explaining why. It was very interesting. Then after that it was downhill from there. I lost interest and found myself flipping thru the pages rather quickly. I'm not over weight ..actually I'm on the thin side. My diet could use a make over because even though I eat well most of the time I could make some changes when it comes to sweets and coffee. I'll admit I stopped eating sweets for 2 days and today I had a craving for some sugar and found that just eating one cookie was really tooo sweet for me...so I am gradually on my way to eating no sweets. I'm making gradual changes to eating healthier thanks to her book. As far as the exercising... I'll continue walking like I do and later try her workout. Baby steps.... I gave her book a 3 because again the beginning of the book was good but the rest of the book was boring. Toodles Baby
