It’s been a long time since I couldn’t put a book down, but I blew through this entire series in a week! I really enjoyed every book. I could feel the emotions of the characters. I liked that Kaitlyn was a flawed protagonist that had some issues. I was hoping for more mystery and intrigue on the story with her dad. That seemed too easy of a plot conclusion for me, but that didn’t make me love it less. I am almost sad to see this series end. I could have read another half dozen!

My new favorite detective! Kaitlyn Carr is relatable and strong. I love the first person narration and the dysfunctional family. Couldn’t stop reading this series!
