Dragonsong Anne McCaffrey read online review & book description:

It was not Threadfall that made Menolly unhappy. It was her father who betrayed her ambition to be a Harper, who thwarted her love of music. Menolly had no choice but to run away. She came upon a group of fire lizards, wild relatives of the fire-breathing dragons. Her music swirled about them; she taught nine to sing, suddenly Menolly was no longer alone.

I have read this book before which is the only reason I was able to get through how badly this version was written. It was like a computer wrote it, not a human. A human would have noticed the symbols instead of actual letters and the words that were so misspelled that they were not longer any word. I hope that they update this to a version that is correct. The chapters are all wrong. There’s 2 blank pages. The spacing for the songs at the start of each chapter are incorrect. Names are constantly spelled differently. There was a heart symbol on replacement of two letters. Extremely bad. However it’s the only copy available on here. My hope is that the other two won’t be so unreadable.

The story, of course, is sweet and excellent. This electronic edition is almost unreadable. Typos, bad formatting, words and whole sentences missing. You should be ashamed to make this available to the public. It needs a thorough editing and reformatting. I want a refund.
