During the first phases of The Elimination Diet, a long list of foods were removed from your eating plan in order to cleanse and balance the systems of the body. During this final phase, most of those foods will be returned to the diet in order to determine which, if any, of them cause inflammation and reactions for you. This book provides recipes to make it easy to re-incorporate such foods.
We’ve listed the recipes by a particular group of removed foods, such as glutens or dairy products in the order that you should reintroduce them. The Table of Contents lists the recipes for each food group to make it easier for your selection. This form of organizing the recipes simplifies following the diet guidelines when foods are being added back to your diet. Too, the recipes we’ve selected are easy to prepare and use ingredients readily available at your supermarket.
