Hey there! I’m Rachel and I am a college student who is well known for always having a book in my hands. I’ve been an avid reader since I first learned how to do it, and I have yet to slow down. I have a bad habit of reading the last page of the book first because I hate reading books if a main character dies or if the characters don’t end up together. I love meeting authors and was lucky enough to meet two famous authors over the years due to the WV book festival in my home state. The first picture is with Jodi Picoult (My Sister’s Keeper) and the second picture is with Nicholas Sparks. (The Notebook, A Walk to Remember, The Last Song, etc.) I really don’t mean to brag because I know that so many other bloggers get the chance to meet dozens of authors every year. However, this is a pretty big deal in my book considering that I come from Huntington, WV, which as a whole isn’t the ideal location for best-selling authors to come speak.
I started blogging about books in the summer of 2015 because of how deep my passion for books is. I became a huge fan of some ridiculously rad book blogs and decided that I should start my own. I think that the book blogging community is one of the best and I’m beyond blessed that I recently joined it!
While I am willing to try just about any book within reason, my favorite is anything contemporary in YA or middle grade. Feel free to contact me if you’d like someone to fangirl with you over a good book, or if you’d like me to read your book. Before you head over to my review request section of my blog, please read my review policy section first. Thank you for reading this and I hope that you stop by my blog for reviews, blog tours, author interviews, features, and more in the future.
